With the new season fast approaching, I have edited the Autumn-Winter fashion trends worth investing in. A personal stylist will never advise you to follow blindly trends. However, a seasonal update will keep your wardrobe fresh and modern. Below, I have listed the best seasonal trends, which I consider timeless and worth buying.
White Shirt
Borrowed from the winter office wear – this ultra chic staple leads the trend charts this season. When talking about white shirts, one name inevitable comes in my stylists’s mind – Karl Lagerfeld. In tribute to his immaculate fashion persona, the fashion house launched 7 unique white shirts designed by Karl’s famous friends. The White Shirt Project features designs that were inspired by Lagerfeld’s signature style. Cara Devilegne, Leo Tisci and Kate Moss are part of the designer team, promising something one-of-a-kind. My personal favorites are Carine Roitfeld corset white shirt and Olivia Palermo’s sequin embellished shirt that would make the perfect addition to your autumn work outfits or even maybe the winter work clothes.

Neon-ize the new autumn fashion 2019
Forget about the summer co-ords and tonal ensembles and style your neons in unexpected ways – with caramel hues, checked prints and lots of black.

Tailored Suits
If you are about to invest in only one trend this fashion for autumn 2019 – let it be a tailored suit. There is nothing as empowering as the structured two piece suit. Styled separately or together, this timeless trend will always look good.

Neutrals
This autumn’s Manhattan minimalism comes at its finest form – in all neutral shades worn head-to-toe. Classy, sleek and ultra chic – tonal outfits projects timeless elegance. Accessorize with chunky metallic chain necklace to add a fearless touch to the tailored look this season.

Red Dress
The little red dress quickly made its way over the LBD this fashion season. There is no outfit as showstopping as a red dress – it guarantees all eyes on you.
Not sure about red generally? As a personal stylist, I can ensure you, there is a shade of red for everyone.

And because I always advise my clients to think of three different ways to style an item before purchasing, here are three ways how to wear the dress. For work – layer a belted blazer and style with heeled boots and black tights. After work, wear with oversized jacket, polka dot thighs and biker boots. For a soire night, style with leather belt, stupidly high shoes and oversized earrings.
Leather
As seen at David Koma’s catwalk, the head-to-toe leather look makes a major come back. Classic black, sumptuous burgundy or emerald hues – leather looks seductive and sleek in all its variations.

Grey Jeans
A fresh update from the classic blue denim, grey jeans are taking over the high street shops this season. The style is relaxed with vintage hints – R.I.P. to the skinny fit. Kourthney Kardashion look showcases how to smarten up grey jeans with another seasonal trend – neutral satin top.
Sandro have the perfect high-waisted pair of grey jeans. If you opt for casual t-shirt top – make sure the shoes are an accent. I would style this look with Victoria Beckham neon heels.
A personal stylist always thinks a season up-front in terms of dressing. During a personal shopping session with me, I plan my clients wardrobe months upfront. This saves them time and money long-term. It also prevents last-minute spontaneous purchases driven by the need instead of the love for an item. In as little as one hour personal shopping, you can get a seasonal wardrobe updates. Book your free consultation here.
